Candidates, every company isn’t going to be the right fit for you, and that’s okay :) Some interview rejection feedback I’ve received over the last few weeks: - “serious raw talent, but we need someone with more industry specific experience” - “wonderful qualities, but your interests don’t serve our current needs” - “had a gut feeling” - “was this your first interview since the layoff?” (it was my 20th or so lol) The reality is hiring is a mix of qualifications, timing, team/culture fit and interviewer preference If it didn’t pan out this time, it probably wasn’t meant to be Keep showing up Things tend to work out eventually
