OKX to optimize the front-end display and API of the security fund

Publicerad den 5 juni 20262 min läsning

Dear OKX users,

To optimize the display of Security Fund data, OKX will adjust the front-end pages (Web and App) and the related APIs. These changes are expected to take effect on June 9, 2026.

Front-end display changes

The Security Fund page will no longer provide minute-level historical trends. After the change, the trend chart will support only "Last 7 days" and "Last 30 days" daily-level data, updated once per day after settlement (approximately 08:00 UTC).

API changes (breaking changes)

The REST GET /api/v5/public/insurance-fund endpoint and the WebSocket adl-warning channel will be adjusted accordingly:

  • The data granularity of the regular_update type will change from minute-level to a daily snapshot, updated once per day after settlement (approximately 08:00 UTC);

  • The WebSocket adl-warning channel will stop pushing data in the normal state. In the warning or adl state, data will continue to be pushed every second, but certain fields will return empty values ("").

If your application relies on the fields or push behavior of the above interfaces, please complete the necessary adjustments before the effective date. Please stay tuned to the API documentation for details.

Impact on users

This adjustment does not affect the safety of your assets, nor does it change OKX's liquidation or risk-protection mechanisms.
